Karen Thompson serves as the Director of First Impressions at Correll Insurance Group of Hilton Head. She joined the agency in 2022 and plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every client or visitor.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Karen attended Langham Secretarial College in London before relocating to Hilton Head Island in the 1990s. In her role, she works closely with clients, mortgage companies, and referral partners while ensuring each interaction with the agency is professional and welcoming.
Karen enjoys the opportunity to meet new people every day and values building relationships with clients and colleagues alike. She believes that excellent service begins with a friendly attitude and strives to make every client feel like a priority.
Outside the office, Karen enjoys tennis, walking with her Jack Russell Terrier, and spending time outdoors along the Lowcountry waterways.
